The Midnight Treaty

These accords do hereby set about the law of the land as determined in the year 1600 under the rule of His Majesty, Lord Caspian Carlyle. The following treatises apply to all subjects of the kingdom from here until such a time that the treaty is rendered void. This treaty is ordained by the Honorable Judge Bradley Smythe and was agreed upon by all parties ensigned below.

On this, the 15th day of the eighth month, under the sign of the Harvest Moon in the year 1600, This accord has been written, signed and made official by the appropriate representatives of all residing beings in the Kingdom of Avalon. This document, hereinafter dubbed, "The Midnight Treaty", is to facilitate a healthy and safe relationship for all inhabitants of the Kingdom of Avalon. Those who break the laws and restrictions outlined in this treaty are subject to punishment by the authorities of the affected public.

Those afflicted by the Vampiric thirst, shall not feed on any human who resides within the city walls of any hold of Avalon. To do so is to attack a known citizen of any of the three holds, and is an act of treason, assault and practice of black magic. Those who are found guilty of such crimes, shall be flogged and burned at the stake until dead.
Those afflicted by the Curse of the Wolves shall not be allowed to enter their bestial form while within the confines of any city or town within any hold in the Kingdom of Avalon. To be found guilty of such crimes will result in being flogged and burned at the stake.
The open practice of witchcraft is prohibited within the walls of any city or town within the hold, those found guilty of such practices will be flogged and crucified in the city square.
The practice of necromancy is prohibited in the Kingdom of Avalon, any who are found guilty of this practice shall be hunted down, flogged and burned at the stake.
Any human who enters the Dawnfall Forest uninvited is at the mercy of the Dawnfall pack. To enter this forest is an act of tresspassing and you forfeit all rights when doing so. Those caught in the forest are left to the jurisdiction of the pack leaders to do with as they see fit.
The act of cursing a human with the Vampiric Thirst, or the Curse of the Wolves is illegal and punishable by the deaths of all involved. Any found guilty of such crimes will be flogged and then encased in molten iron.
Those found guilty of conspiring to break any of the restrictions outlined in this document, or conspiring against the governor of any of the three cities shall be flogged and then burned at the stake.
