Currency Guide Empty Currency Guide

There is only one currency in the game so, it can easily be traded for different goods and services based on what is being requested or provided. Gold is the nationally accepted currency, taking the form of small coins. These are generally carried in pouches, but can be carried in many different containers. Gold is obtained through missions, thievery, chance, and in other ways too. You may be gifted gold for being a good person or helping someone in some way, or in turn, you may gift gold to someone for a service. When doing intra PC interactions, the amounts of gold given are entirely up to the two of you to determine IC. As far as missions go, these are based on tier levels 6-0 and the risks and rewards function accordingly to this. Below will include the base stats of npcs that are encountered during each quest tier, as well as the gold value that is assigned. If you take on missions that are above your tier and survive/complete them, you are granted greater reward for your risk. Though, be warned, you will be monitored and if you are caught taking on 0-tier missions as a Level 1 fighting off opponents of Level 90 stats, your rewards will be revoked and you may be killed. Just try to keep it realistic.

Missions are based upon tier. If a mission is equal or below your tier, it is considered easy. If it is +1 your tier, it is considered medium. If it is +2 your level it is considered hard. If it is +3 your level, it is considered Deadly. So, for a character of Level 5 for example, Tier 6 missions are Easy, Tier 5 missions are Medium, Tier 4 missions are Hard, Tier 3+ missions are deadly. This obviously changes as your character goes higher in tier and missions become easier.

The other form of currency is Experience. When creating a topic, you are awarded 500 exp. for each post in topic thereafter, you receive 200 exp. In addition to this, missions grant a certain amount of exp as per their difficulty level based on a chart using the scales of the gold system. Each mission requires a different amount of posts to complete. These will be defined below the XP per Tier:
